Warren Gibson

Director / Clinical Psychologist / Behaviour Support Practitioner

Warren is a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists and has been working in the field of mental health and dual disability for over 20 years. Throughout his career, Warren has worked with a wide range of clients and organisations providing both individual therapy and positive behaviour support. Warren has a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders and is a member of The ASD Clinic in Kew East. He also provides mental health training and supervision. Warren practices Mindfulness Meditation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Chairwork and Positive Behaviour Support.

Dr Sheryl Monteath

Director / Clinical Neuropsychologist / Behaviour Support Practitioner

Sheryl has over 20 years experience and is a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Neuropsychologists. She has worked in a range of public and private settings including hospitals, the criminal justice system, disability services and universities. She designs assessments, behaviour support plans and interventions for children and adults with a broad range of acquired and neurodevelopmental conditions. She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Positive Behaviour Interventions. Sheryl also conducts training and is a registered supervisor.

Yalleen Flahive

Behaviour Support Practitioner (full-time)

Yalleen started working with Arrow Behaviour Consultancy as an assistant whilst she was undertaking her Honours in Psychology. Upon graduating, she undertook further training and now works as a behaviour support practitioner. Yalleen has a broad range of clinical interests and particularly likes working with children and their families.

Justin Elks

Behaviour Support Practitioner (full-time)

Justin is an experienced practitioner having worked in various streams of disability, who enjoys collaborating  with a broad range of individuals, families and support teams. He provides behaviour support assessment and intervention services, including the development of behaviour support plans. With a focus on skills development and education, Justin promotes a strong practice on positive quality of life outcomes.

Pezzi Vu

Behaviour Support Practitioner (part-time)

Pezzi joined our team from South Australia, where she also provided positive behaviour support. She is currently completing her Masters in Educational and Developmental Psychology. Pezzi is also a Provisional Psychologist and working towards becoming fully registered.
